Here they are:
1) Menu Buttons. It has been said before. If you want, I could Photoshop some buttons to add onto the the menu so it would look a lot nicer.
2) Page layout. The current layout on the forum looks kinda dull what with its monochrome black color. I would suggest to make different color schemes so the appearance would seem much nicer.
3) Smilies and other interactives. You should probably get some buttons outside from the generic ones that seem more appealing. Also the buttons outside of the menu should probably be changed too for a greater visual look. Again, I could opt in for Photoshopping some pictures.
That's all I have so far. Sorry if you have already done some of the things I mentioned.
