Well, to start with, I think Menu images/buttons would be a suggestion. I know you have already received that suggestion though. I also thin that maybe you should develop a reward system so that users can spend the money they earn from posting.

I'm currently working on or trying to figure out what do to about the menu buttons. I'm currently undecided about that. As far as a rewards system I think that is a great Idea. I'll try to come up with something.
